O sweet and gentle Lady, Immaculate Mother of God, we choose Thee this day to be the Mistress and Lady of this house. Guard it, dear Mother from pestilence, fire, lightning, and tempests; from schisms and heresies, from depredations of burglars and the malice of enemies. Protect its inmates, sweet Mary; watch over their going out and their coming in, and preserve them from sudden death. Keep us from all sin and harm, and pray for us to God, that we may live in His service and depart this life in His grace. Amen.

Queen of this House

Dear Lady of Perpetual Help, Spotless Mother of God, we choose Thee as the Mistress and Lady of this House. Guard it, dearest Mother, from pestilence, lightning, fire and tempest, from schisms and heresies, from air raids, and the malice of enemies. Protect those who dwell herein most loving Mother, watch over their going out and coming in, and preserve them from sudden death. Keep us from all sin and harm and pray for us, that we may serve God faithfully here and afterwards enjoy with Thee for evermore the blissful vision of His Face. Amen.

Holy Mary, Mother of God

Holy Mary, Virgin Mother of God, who was conceived without sin, I choose thee, this day, for the lady and Mistress of this House; I beseech thee through thy Immaculate Conception, to preserve it from pestilence, fire and water; from lightning and tempests, from robbers, from schisms and heresies, from earthquakes and from sudden death. Bless and protect, O holy Virgin, all its inmates, obtain for them grace to avoid sin, and save them from every other misfortune and accident. Amen.

Visit We Beseech Thee O Lord

Visit, we beseech Thee, O Lord, this dwelling, and drive far from it all snares of the enemy; let Thy holy Angels dwell herein, to preserve us in peace; and let Thy blessing be always upon us. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Visita, quaesumus Domine, habitationem istam, et omnes insidias inimici ab ea longe repelle: Angeli tui sancti habitent in ea, qui nos in pace custodiant; et benedictio tua sit super nos semper. Per Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen.

Praise forever be to Mary Immaculate, the ever-virgin Mother, blessed amongst women, the Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Queen of Paradise.

Go Before Us, O Lord

Go before us, O Lord, we beseech Thee, in all our doings with Thy gracious inspirations, and further us with Thy continual help, that every prayer and work of ours may begin from Thee, and by Thee be duly ended. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
